AI Transparency

Cozee uses third-party AI services to power certain features within the platform. The following services are currently in use:

1. Google Vertex AI (Gemini)

Powers the AI assistant chat experience, searches and retrieves relevant knowledge from your brand’s knowledge base, generates summaries of calls and meetings, analyzes feedback trends, and provides intelligent recommendations throughout the platform.

2. Deepgram (Nova-2)

Provides real-time and post-call speech-to-text transcription for video meetings and recorded calls, enabling searchable transcripts, automated meeting notes, and AI-generated call summaries. Only audio streams required for transcription are sent to Deepgram. Real-time transcriptions are processed in memory and not stored by Deepgram. Post-call summaries are generated, and transcripts are stored in our secure, encrypted environment.

These services process data solely to deliver the features described above, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Cozee does not sell your data or permit these providers to use it for purposes beyond service delivery. AI-generated outputs should be independently verified before being relied upon for business decisions.
